Information: The Neighbourhood Watch are confirmed to meet in the city centre once a week where they then decide upon a hilltop to watch their neighbours from. The recurring Watch couple once again feature in this photograph and it is believed that the person third from the left is Valerie herself. Valerie was not mentioned in the newsletter announcing the initial success of the group but perhaps she joined after the disappearance of her cousin Sheila, reported in the same issue.
